Blue Mountain Lodge
3584 square feet, 3 or 6 bedroom, 2-4+ bath
This awesome home is what you get when you cross a Cascade Lodge with a Ponderosa, and you get bang for the buck, with great functionality. Each room is slightly larger on the sides than a Cascade, with a slightly smaller Living room, to net out slightly more footage with less cost. We kept having customers want a tweak here or there on many of our lodges, and this seems to be the common denominator. This home is designed with 10” logs, and features a 22’ cathedral ceiling height, as well as open floor plan. The home without the basement, on a frost wall is $93K, and is 2304 square feet. The home as shown, is $101K and 3584 on a daylight (walkout) basement.
