The North Fork Cabin is the smallest log cabin design that is livable for long periods of time, or what would be a larger “cabin” log home plan, incorporating a bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area, plus a loft where you can put several beds for a larger sleeping or recreation area. We have sold many of these as the perfect getaway or rental. We added a covered porch to this model on the front, with huge log truss for no snow on the deck (or rain). This complete log home material package with 8″ Nominal sized logs is about $52K. 755 Sq. Ft.
