The Pinnacle View is designed on a basement, in the ground, which nets 2265 square feet, a very open floor plan, 23’ high ceiling, nice sized 9”N peeled logs, and with huge character posts and beams inside. We really like the shed roof side covered porch, flowing into a gabled porch entry, and really wide side deck. This log home package is right at 121K, as shown, including basement materials in our package, and includes the larger 9” Swedish coped and peeled logs! Figure about 4-5K cheaper without basement materials.
