The Eagle Creek Ranch
This cabin is just plain common sense beautiful. We have sold a lot of these, as they are easy to build, modify, stretch, shrink, etc. and feel bigger than the footprint, with a low cost. The home has open cathedral ceilings, with a large handcrafted character centerpost and open exposed massive ridge logs, but some like a level ceiling in the back, with a combination of scissor trusses (front open area) and flat trusses (back). Most commonly, this home sports our large hand-finished 8” logs, (can be other sizes), and it comes with all the bells and whistles of the larger homes. This beauty has a big front deck and covered side porch, and includes nice log railing. We can modify to lengthen or shorten the home very easily, as this home can fit any need, with any floorplan. Our Eagle River model is an example of widening, stretching, and adding a small loft to this model. Have fun in this one! Price for the complete package is $85,000. A Cheap priced log cabin kit in a Ranch style, one floor of awesomeness! The final price depends on your final design and current lumber market at the time of bid, 8” wall logs shown. 1120 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths.

Fully Customizable Log Cabin Kit Designs
You can flip the floorplan left to right, up, down, move things around to make rooms larger and others smaller, stretch the design (more costs), shrink it (save $), make it taller, different wall log diameters, add or subtract deck, railing, porches, entry trusses, add a garage, you name it, all doable. We try to advise you to keep the bathrooms stacked (plumbing costs), so a wet wall is shared, and some design elements like ridge lines and posts need to be approximately where they are, but the sky is the limit (let us help you get what you want)!
