The Eagle Ridge Ranch style log home design is not only efficient, but has curb appeal, with it’s extended roof, full length covered porch, and nice entry with truss which opens up the deck. 1344 square feet means lots of room inside in this cozy log cabin, and a great layout, or do your own. 8″ logs are standard, but get 7.5″, 8.5, 9″, 10″ or 12″ logs in this package or any of our log home packages. Configured as a 2 bedroom 2 bath design, the price for this full package is $88,000, as shown, including 8” Swedish coped and peeled logs! We can do commercial height railing and completely or mostly open floorplan for an excellent commercial space, same price! Final price depends on log wall size, lumber and materials market at time of purchase, and your customized design.
Fully Customizable Log Cabin Kit Designs
You can flip the floorplan left to right, up, down, move things around to make rooms larger and others smaller, stretch the design (more costs), shrink it (save $), make it taller, different wall log diameters, add or subtract deck, railing, porches, entry trusses, add a garage, you name it, all doable. We try to advise you to keep the bathrooms stacked (plumbing costs), so a wet wall is shared, and some design elements like ridge lines and posts need to be approximately where they are, but the sky is the limit (let us help you get what you want)!
