The Highlander Sundown log home
The Highlander Ranch has a new look. Many like the prow kickout design with a v shape, more glass on the front, and still want to keep the nice truss on the gabled entry side like the Highlander. So..we designed this home with the best of both of those worlds. 1838 sq.ft. 2 bedroom, 2 baths, Ranch style homes mean you can live on one floor, have your cake and eat it too. A nice open floor plan, excellent design, and of course we are selling more and more with this look, all different and unique, but all with our amazing character logs, nice material package that is the most complete, and this package, with 8″ wall logs, the price is $146,000 for all our package materials.
Fully Customizable Log Cabin Kit Designs
You can flip the floorplan left to right, up, down, move things around to make rooms larger and others smaller, stretch the design (more costs), shrink it (save $), make it taller, different wall log diameters, add or subtract deck, railing, porches, entry trusses, add a garage, you name it, all doable. We try to advise you to keep the bathrooms stacked (plumbing costs), so a wet wall is shared, and some design elements like ridge lines and posts need to be approximately where they are, but the sky is the limit (let us help you get what you want)!

This highlander Sundown is with giant 12" wall logs, in Northern Idaho. This of course is still under construction, but getting close to being dry, the logs are stained, and is looking great.

The kitchen in this all-on-one-floor design is surprisingly efficient, and large. Lots of room, and nice island, and modern cabinets and appliances make you more comfortable, a cook who can stand her/his kitchen, and make you a better cook too!
