We seem to be selling more and more Spruce Lodges lately, and no wonder with a lower price tag, but big home features like a V-prow with big glass, covered porches, a big gabled entry with covered porch and massive character entry posts (hard to show, but look at our pics). Each one we sell continues to be a little different. The home is very efficient, and with a couple of nice suites in the loft, you can have anyone enjoy themselves when visiting. This log home package is right at 176K, as shown, including basement materials in our package, and includes the larger 9” Swedish coped and peeled logs! The home as shown is configured as a 3157 sq. ft lodge, or 2701 if you count the living area and garage separate. Figure about 6-7K cheaper without basement materials.
