The Tundra Ridge Ranch

We are always tweaking plans, and we really liked what we came up with here by combining what many like in different plans. We like the V prow shape from our Cascade Lodge (lots of glass), many want no loft (typically a Ranch style home), put in on a basement, added a back sunroom off the master (sexy but practical), to set it into a hill (can be an in-ground basement as well). The result is a super-efficient main floorplan, with lots of space, high cathedral ceilings over the main living area, low cathedral over the rest of the main floor (both wings), and lots of eye appeal. The home must be very efficient, as this much square footage at this price is always a bonus. Available in different log sizes, as all our homes are, and with 9″ wall logs, is appx. 166K as shown on a basement, at 3088 sq. ft, with 2800 living area (garage in basement can be a couple of bedrooms for the same price). Final price depends on log wall size, lumber and materials market at time of purchase, and your customized design. 10” logs mabye 8K more, 8” maybe 5K less, or get huge 12” for more money, your choice!
