Tooling…We send a customized Lumbermaker (chainsaw attachment) for trimming logs, gable ends, and perfect openings. Sometimes, if you build yourself, ask for our perfect sized hole saw for railing (3 7/8″), and log drill bits. Makes things easy. If requested, a small 12″ dime tip bar we buy cheap for carving accurate electrical wall outlets fast, and perfecting small cuts with a small Stihl (180 type) saw. Also, a metal grinder bowl if desired.

We include full custom structural plans, our construction guide, and free tech support for you and/or your builder.
We start at your concrete, and supply sill seal, treated plate, a solid double rim, floor joists, floor beams, any basement bearing walls (not pony wall), rim trim boards, metal flashing for trim floor band to log wall trim, then 3/4" T&G subfloor, even urethane foam subfloor adhesive.
From the main floor, we supply the deck posts, deck rim and joists, decking, deck railing, log walls, interior bearing walls, beams, special main and loft natural wood flooring, even 1x8 T&G ceiling, T&G soffit, custom rough sawn trim (all exterior trim, double roof fascia), interior trim against the log walls for all windows and doors, porches (T&G under them too), all 5/8" roof sheathing, Sliding glass doors (we don't ship swing doors because of likely damage), and the slider doors come with the window package, factory drop shipped after you measure the custom openings. We also supply interior railing and custom full log stairs with half log treads. We supply huge character posts and ridge beams with all our log homes, no matter what size wall logs. Deck and porch posts can be lathed or natural character posts, your choice. Remember, each package is custom, so you can choose other flooring and leave that off, your own windows, sliding doors, your own decking, etc.
Excavation, site and concrete work, perimeter basement wall framing, center pony wall (if on a frost wall), electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fireplaces, cabinets & countertops, appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, interior & exterior doors (we can supply sliding glass doors, depending on location), overhead garage doors, roof insulation, interior partition wall framing (we do supply all bearing wall framing and beams), interior wood base and door trim on sheetrock walls, sheetrock, painting, sealer for interior and exterior log walls & floors, deck screws and any nails (too many types to choose from), roof synthetic paper, final metal/shingle roofing, HVAC, and any labor (see exact bid list for what we include, as we modify it for you). You pay actual cost for shipping, we don’t include shipping to have accurate costs to each customer. We don’t pad our bid and say shipping is free. It never is. Our package is always better quality and cheaper delivered anywhere, we have shipped to 49 states, including several to Alaska, Canada, and even shipped to China (a pain, but a Calgary based Asian asked, and we did it). There is a local shipping company who has aluminum trailers (light, can haul more), can get to some really remote, nasty locations (here in MT, we know how to drive) that does 80% of our customers, and they are grateful. We give you their contact info., although you can use a broker or anyone with a semi or even pick it up with 5th wheels, etc. We aim to please! Sample bid below.
