The construction guide begins at the concrete and walks through the building process in a clear, logical order. Each step builds on the previous one so you always know what comes next and how the pieces fit together.

    Material Delivery & Staging

    Efficiency starts before the first log is lifted. We organize our deliveries so the materials you need first are the most accessible. We stage our truck deliveries so your site doesn't get overwhelmed with materials you aren't ready for.

    All logs are marked with identification markings. Some logs are the same and can be used in any order within the stack, while others are specific to one location in the home.
    We provide a log order with detailed descriptions of each log and where it belongs in the home. Logs are wrapped and stacked in units of like length and type. Character logs are placed on top of the load, unwrapped, for safe transporting and unloading. Lumber is wrapped.


    This system makes it clear which logs go where and helps keep the build organized.

    We work with you on the ship date so you are ready to build. We also help you stage the delivery so you receive the materials you need to get started on the first truck.Typically, the first truck includes:

    • Floor materials
    • Posts
    • Beams
    • Starting logs

    The second truck arrives a few days or weeks later, and additional trucks follow as needed. This staging helps prevent having too much material on site at one time. If you prefer, you can also choose to receive everything at once.
