Deck and porch posts can be lathed or natural character logs, your choice. Every package is custom—you may choose alternate flooring, your own windows or doors, or your own decking if desired.

What Is Not Included in the Log Home Package

We supply the complete log home package, but not:

Excavation, site work, or concrete

Fireplaces, cabinets, countertops, appliances

Interior and exterior swing doors

Roof insulation and final roofing

Sheetrock, painting, and sealers

Deck screws, nails, or labor

Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC

Lighting and plumbing fixtures

Garage doors

Interior partition wall framing (non-bearing)

Interior base and trim on sheetrock walls

Shipping is not included. You pay actual shipping cost so pricing stays accurate. We do not pad bids and say shipping is free, it never is.
We have shipped to 49 states, Alaska, Canada, and even China. We provide contact information for trusted shippers, though you may use your own carrier.
