The Pinnacle Sunrise is essentially a shortened Sundown with the dramatic full V-prow glass front. On a daylight basement it delivers 2,562 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It features a 23’ ceiling, good-sized rooms (especially the loft), and an open floorplan that feels larger thanks to the cathedral volume. The master can be placed in the loft or on the main floor.
